Pinted in a white matt masonry paint suitable for use outside.

The logo was made from a closed-cell high density extruded polystyrene foam also known as Strofoam or SelectaFoam.

HOW TO ORDER VINYL LETTERING?

Measure the area that you want to fit your lettering into.Sketch out the wording on paper or create your layout using a graphic program like corel draw 12.Decide on the colours you want and the font styles. Vinyl Lettering Fonts Vinyl Colour ChartYou can either tell us the capital heights of the lettering you want or leave it to us to work out. To work out the height of your lettering take your line length divide/by the number of letters and you will have a rough idea of the letter height. This works if all the letters are capitals in say a Helvetica Bold font.If you have sketched out your layout on paper, scan it and Send us your sketch by email or fax. If you have made up your layout on a graphics package such as corel draw 12, send us the file by email as a jpeg file, We also take PDF files. Please note if you are sending us your graphic file, change your text by breaking apart the text then convert to curves, export as AI or EPS files. We ask this because we may not have the same fonts on our computer as you have got.We will then confirm your price and layout by email or fax.If you are happy with the price you will then need to pay by credit card over the phone or you can make a payment by paypal to our sales@arro-signs.co.uk account.ArroSigns will then make your vinyl lettering and send it by post.You may wish to order online through our paypal shopping cart. 3D Logos For Exhibitions and In-Store Displays

Polystyrene is an ideal material for use in exhibitions.

Example: Ruby+Ed 3D logos were made from polystyrene.
Painted in a purple pantone 2627c.
1500mm long, 50mm thick.
Painted polystyrene is an ideal solution for the production of logos for use in exhibitions.

The customer supplied the artwork as a vector logo which was perfect for using on our cutters.

One vector logo was supplied in a PDF file which we imported and then resized and cut a number of times for the production of multiple logos.

The polystyrene logos were then painted in two layers of vinyl matt emulsion. We recommend using Dulux paints because of their consistant quality of colour and opacity. Dulux have consitantly been able to match pantone colours to their vinyl matt emulsion paints by custom mixing the colours to our needs.
